steven reid
Having enjoyed a successful playing career that spanned League 1 through to playing twelve years in the Premier League and international football with the Republic of Ireland, I embarked on the coaching journey which has now spanned League 1 through to international football with Scotland.
I know first hand, the pressures and intensity of elite performance environments. Personally, I needed help on and off the pitch during my playing and coaching career and in doing so have become passionate about helping others not only perform at their best but actually enjoying it which is something I think becomes lost.
After much consideration, I have decided to take the step and establish this service to help others achieve their goals and ambitions.

Having worked with Steven whilst manager at WBA it was obvious he had excellent leadership skills and was a well respected member of the club, on and off the pitch.
His battles with injury were testament to the work he put in to stay at the top level. It was a pleasure then to work alongside him at Crystal Palace for a year on my coaching staff and see him carry that on into a coaching role.
