Having embarked on a full-time coaching career 5 years ago, I am fully aware of the challenges faced by coaches. The game can be all-consuming and often affect life away from the training ground, making you lose track of what’s really important; family, well-being, and the enjoyment of your craft. ​

We can talk openly and honestly, without judgement on the issues you may be facing in your role and what effects these are having inside and outside of the workplace. ​

This service will include discussions around session planning and organisation but also help in how to deal with players in the modern game, drawing my own experiences. ​
